There is a pasture behind La Giro with dairy cows from the next farm. Each day, we spend some time watching the cows to analyze their daily itineraries. The only thing that we've figured out is that there is a cow parade that happens at least twice a day. I filmed it this morning and it's very calming to watch. Cows never seem to be in a hurry.
