the rest of a strenuous day

So after an afternoon of making biscotti and cookies, we napped. Then about 6pm some of us played boules (or petanque - my team won) and at about 8 pm, we started dinner with crema sparkling wine, then white asparagus, followed by roasted blackfoot chicken and potatoes. Then cheeses. Then the biscotti and cookies we made earlier. Then Grand Marnier, Madeira, and other beverages.We finished up around 11pm.
